What is included in our Planning Application Service
Step 1:
Consultation with your engineer, including;
- investigation as to our clients’ compliance with criteria as set out in the relevant County Development Plan’
- ‘fact find’ for details required for completion of the planning application form
- agreement of timescales and next steps
Step 2:
Completion of building design.
Step 3:
Our engineers will visit the proposed site, completing a site survey – detailing the levels of the site which will be required for the site layout plan.
Step 4:
Our engineers will prepare the necessary documentation for submission to the relevant local planning authority and submit the application on your behalf.
Step 5:
The client will receive confirmation from the planning authority regarding receipt of the application. The decision date is usually 8 weeks from receipt of the application by the planning authority.
