AF Engineering will provide complete construction supervision from the beginning of your building project through to completion – inspecting the progress of building works at the five key stages of construction;
- foundations
- block-work
- roof completion
- plastering
- completion
At each stage we will inspect the development to ensure that work completed to date is of a high standard, as well as being in compliance with the requirements of the current Building Regulations and the conditions of the Grant of Planning Permission.
Where our client has taken a mortgage to fund the building project, we can certify the stage payments and prepare ‘draw-down’ certificates for your financial institution following each interim inspection.
Upon completion of the building works we will issue a Certificate of Compliance with Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
